Refund policy

RETURNS

Because SIMPLE THINGS sells food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

This helps us protect the quality and safety of every product we sell.

However, if there is something genuinely wrong with your order, we want to make it right.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at hello@eatsimplethings.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging showing the problem

Once we review the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please do not discard damaged or defective products or their packaging until we have reviewed your request, as we may need additional information to resolve the issue.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on our part or otherwise required by law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

We work quickly to get orders on their way.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, email hello@eatsimplethings.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment.

HEAT & WEATHER

Our products are food products and may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit.

We take reasonable steps to package orders appropriately, but we cannot control weather conditions or the temperature of a package after it leaves our facility.

If your order arrives in a condition that makes you concerned about the product, please contact us at hello@eatsimplethings.com with your order number and photos so we can review the situation.
